Meet our Guards!

This is Addison’s 2nd year guarding and 3rd year teaching lessons! She loves the FHPA community and making new connections. Outside the pool, she enjoys singing, music, swimming, and being outdoors. 

This is Haley’s 3rd summer with FHPA! A former competitive swimmer of 10+ years, she grew up swimming here. Her favorite part of guarding is getting to know the kids and watching their confidence grow in the water. 

This is Henry's 1st year guarding and he’s excited to teach kids how to swim. Outside the pool, he’s into wrestling, golf, drawing, and video games. 

This is Liam’s 1st year guarding, and he’s excited to start teaching kids! He loves drumming, golf, tennis, volunteering, and hanging out with friends and family. 

This is Will's 1st year guarding and he’s excited to see everyone having fun at the pool. Outside of work, he’s all about adventure—beach days, surfing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, and skiing! 

This is Kathleen’s 4th summer teaching lessons! A former FHPA swimmer, she loves helping kids build confidence in the water and grow their love for swimming. 

This is Emma's 3rd year teaching lessons and 2nd year guarding. She’s been swimming at FHPA since she was little, with her mom as her coach, and has spent every summer here. Emma loves coaching, meet days, and is excited to dive deeper into the swim team! 

This is Jack’s 2nd year at FHPA! He loves getting to know all the awesome people and seeing everyone have fun. Outside of work, he’s into rugby, cooking, Legos, and all things science. 

This will be Addy's 3rd year at FHPA. Her favorite part of guarding is teaching kids during lessons and soaking up the sun while working outside. When she’s not at the pool, she loves reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family! 

Emily is in her second year at FHPA, having been recommended for the job through her high school, Northview. She loves chatting with guests and coworkers, and brings great energy to every shift. Outside of work, Emily’s passionate about music, snowboarding, soccer, and spending time with animals. 

This is Kaylee's 5th year at FHPA after following in the footsteps of her siblings, who both worked here and loved it. Her favorite thing is coaching the 8 & Under group, and outside the pool, she enjoys surfing and rock climbing. 

Tim has been the manager at FHPA since 2009, but his connection to the pool goes back much further. He started doing preseason work around age 12 and later worked as a lifeguard. FHPA is a family tradition — his dad managed the pool for over 25 years before him. Tim enjoys fixing things, problem-solving, and working with kids.
